Selectmen Meeting Minutes –October 3, 2005
Present: M. Genest, R. Haggett, and B. Pratt
Also in attendance: W. Prokop, M. Morrow, S. Chatfield, M. Pon, B. Beihl, B. Edwards, R. Edmunds, M. Taylor, K. Vance, J. Vance, P. Vasques, A. Snow, R. Velasco,C. Levesque. D. Wasielewski.
The selectmen opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M.
The selectmen approved the minutes of the September 26th, 2005 meeting.
Chairman Genest introduced Ricia Velasco from the NH Business Resource Center who gave a power point presentation regarding “Creating Good Economic Development in the Town of Antrim” (copy attached to posted minutes).
The selectmen reviewed the “Draft Open Space Plan” with Mr. Levesque. He gave an overview of the report and pointed out the Natural Resources Inventory section and then spent time on reviewing the priorities and the maps. The selectmen expressed their thanks to the committee for all the work put into the project.
The selectmen reviewed general correspondence and approved payroll and A/P for the week.
Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for 10/17/05.
